Privacy Policy

The Together English Academy will keep all personal information confidential and never sell, lend, borrow, your name, addresses or other account information.
We will only disclose your information under the following circumstances:

 

1. When we are legally required to do so. This could be by court order or when assisting law enforcement officials in cases of fraud or other illegal activities.

 

2. We will disclose information to certain parties when trying to resolve a credit card dispute or problem.

3. Any electronic or printed information about you is deleted and/or shreded immediately after it is no longer needed.

4. If the academy is ever sold, the new owner will get contact information of the customers, but not credit card information.
